Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of AiDateWise (aidatewise.love). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

1. The service

AiDateWise is an AI-powered tool that analyzes dating profile bios you submit, produces a score with a six-dimension breakdown, and generates AI-rewritten versions. Scores and rewrites are automated suggestions for self-improvement — we don't guarantee any particular dating outcome, match rate, or response.

2. Accounts

• You must be 18 or older to use AiDateWise.
• You register with a valid email address and are responsible for keeping your password confidential.
• One account per person. Don't share, sell, or transfer your account.

3. Free quota & paid passes

• Free plan: 1 analysis per day (overall score only). Quota resets at 00:00 UTC.
• Paid passes: one-time purchases (7-day or 30-day) that raise the limit to 3 full analyses per day and unlock dimension breakdowns and AI rewrites. Passes are not subscriptions — nothing renews automatically, ever.
• Prices are shown at checkout and processed by our merchant of record, which acts as the seller of record and handles applicable taxes.

4. Refunds

Because analyses are delivered instantly and consume compute, completed analyses are non-refundable. If your pass fails to activate, or you were charged in error, email [email protected] within 14 days of the charge and we will make it right — activation fix or full refund. Nothing in these terms limits any mandatory consumer rights you have.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, or infringes others' rights.
• Submit other people's personal data or photos of identifiable third parties without consent.
• Attempt to bypass quotas, probe or disrupt the service, scrape it at scale, or resell access.
• Misrepresent AI-generated rewrites as professionally verified advice.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, without refund for unused time in case of abuse.

6. Your content

You retain all rights to the bios you submit. You grant us a limited license to process them solely to generate your reports. AI-generated rewrites are provided for your personal use — you may use them on your own dating profiles. AiDateWise is not affiliated with Tinder, Bumble, or Match Group; those names are trademarks of their owners and are used only to describe compatibility.

7. Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim (or USD 50 if you paid nothing). We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost matches, dates, or relationships.

8. Changes & termination

You may delete your account at any time via [email protected]. We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this page with a new date above, and continued use after the change means acceptance.
